This old apron has a visible, nice red selvage all along the left and side edges, but not on the top and bottom. The pockets were made in such a fashion that the selvage is also visible on both of them.
The whole length of the apron is 38\"; from the top to the end of the bib (an invisible line going across the waist, give or take) it measures 13\".
The width at the widest point is 27\".
The mannequin measures 34\" around the bust and 37\" around the hips.
There is no label or mark left by a label on this apron, so we can not date it exactly, but it seems to us it is from the late 1940\'s up to 1955 tops.
