This is a seiler transit surveying site level made in the good ol USA. It has the wooden box with leather strap and tripod with it also. Every thing on this unit moves and operates as it should. This transit is in very good condition and would be a great artifact to set up on its tripod for viewing pleasure or taken out and used. The tripod was cracked on the bottom foot but was fixed, (see picture) the rest of the box is in very nice shape. The threads, knobs, glass and finish are all in great condition. I do not have a model number on it but the serial number is 65-17257. If you have any questions let me know and I will do my best to answer them.
