I am the original owner of this piece, made of walnut wood with another inlaid wood on front and rear sides at bottom of sofa. Don\'t know this wood but it is another sign of excellent detail. Excellent condition. Note last photo, hairline at leg which is how I purchased it. Made in the Empire or Duncan Phyfe style.
