You are offerding on an old antique cigarette holder. This could also be a vintage toothpick holder. It is marked with the Dunkirk trademark. They were in business from 1945 to 1950 in Meriden Connecticut. It is 2 3/4 inches high by 2 5/8 inches wide at the brim. It is in good shape. It has a hint of a dent on the lower edge that cant be seen unless you turn it upside down. It weighs about 1.7 ounces and it is not weighted, it is all sterling silver. This will make a nice little flower holder too. It is perfect for cocktail parties, dinner, and steam punk art.
