Sunburst Airline Archtop Acoustic Guitar

Believe to be made by Kay USA. No serial number stamped inside or out.

Original 3x3 KLUSON DELUXE tuners, 3 on a plate.

Original bridge and trapeze tailpiece.

Real inlay binding and fret markers - not painted.

Body and neck are both nice and straight.

Strung up with a brand new set of Martin light strings.

Has had a few repairs made prior to my ownership including a re-stabling of the neck (binding at that seam is still a little loose) didn\'t want add any glue in case buyer plans to reset the neck. They also put a small wood block under the end of the floating fret board (haven\'t pulled it out, but doesn\'t hardly seem needed). Since the neck has been re-stabilized I\'m getting zero flex at and it doesn\'t seem to be putting any pressure on the block even strung up to tension.

Perfectly playable for slide as is and sounds amazing. Frets don\'t have much life left in a few spots. End pin is missing and looks like it was drilled out for a jack at some point. The pickguard is also missing which was big and plain white, not great looking anyway. The nut is made of bone and might be original but it looks like it could be an old bone replacement. Part of the binding at the top of the treble side of the neck has been repaired nicely - you can\'t feel it at all when you play.

Also looks as if they attempted to drill out the head on the treble side to add tuner bushings, realized they had the wrong size bushings, and stopped there. Completely sturdy and functional but they don\'t look that pretty. I didn\'t have any that would fit to pop on before I restrung the guitar so I just put them back on because they functioning solidly.
