Buyer must contact us before returning the item.
We will instruct you in how to return the item.
Buyer pays shipping both ways on returned items, unless the item was grossly misrepresented.
We report all buyers who abuse the returns process.
When returning an item it must be in same condition as it was received. We inspect all returned items.
Items must be returned in the same shipping method they were sent, including insurance and signature confirmation when applicable.
A 20% restocking fee applies on all returns. This partially covers our expenses for free shipping , and returning the item to inventory.
