ShippingShipping charges are actual shipping cost. Bear in mind the further away you live the more it will cost for shipping. I do not set the rates, the Postal Service does. The Postal Service also charges extra for over sized packages. I do combine shipping. Generally the purchases must be made on the same day and I must be able to package the items safely in the same box. I generally ship the day after payment is received.Most items are shipped USPS Priority Mail.I package all items to arrive safely but once they leave here, I have no control over how they are handled. If an insured item gets damaged in transit do not return it to me. Paperwork has to be filled out and the item(s) and all the original packaging has to be taken to the Post Office for them to evaluate and process the claim. In the case of lost merchandise you can fill out a form on-line by going to www.usps.com....will need your tracking number. We are no longer permitted to offer/charge insurance on shipping. About UsMost of the items that I sell are vintage. My figurines may be a little more expensive than some that you see on but you will not receive dirty items from me. I clean all items. If there are any stains that I am unable to remove, it will be noted in the item description. I purchase most of my items at estate sales, garage sales, sales, etc. I can only tell you what I see, I have no idea where they have been or how they have been taken care of.
