Very small vintage Winchester pen knife/ gentleman\'s knife. The knife measures 2-5/8\" with both blades closed. The major blade is 1.5\" long, the smaller second blade is 1.25\" long. The Winchester name is etched on the main blade but it\'s partially obscured by a blemish on the blade. Not sure what the blemish is. It doesn\'t feel like rust, it\'s more like stain (see pictures). We\'re selling the knife in as found condition and I haven\'t tried to clean the blades.
The handles seem to be made with Mother of Pearl and appear to be in great condition showing very little to no shrinkage, also no splits or cracks (see pictures). Neither blade looks like they\'ve been sharpened. The Winchester Trademark is stamped on both blades (see pictures). The small blade is very tight. Both blades have some \"snap\" when being closed. Seems to be fairly rare little knife, we had a hard time finding any information about it. It does have a number stamped on the blade that says 2306. Possibly from the 1930\'s? All in all a clean old Winchester knife that doesn\'t look sharpened. Doesn\'t look like it\'s been carried much. It was in a drawer at my aunt\'s estate along with several other old knives.
