From an estate you are offerding on a Vintage WW II Leather BILLFOLD or WALLET. The shiny places in the pictures are glare from the lights. In used condition with wear/scuffs & age spots, solid & sturdy. The previous owners niece said it was her uncles & he got it when he served in the Navy during WW II. Nicely detailed with hand-tooled designs: USN over an ANCHOR, Ship at Sea, & the initials DRB. Its tri-fold, has a snapped pocket inside, & lacing around the borders. A nice collectible.
