Here is an outstanding example of the famous M1896 M96/38 Swedish Army bayonet with Non Commissioned Officer frog.The leather frog isin excellentoriginal condition, leatheris supple. Bayonet is in excellent overall condition, no nicks and with the factory sharpened edge, scabbard still retains most of original finish and no dents which is rarely seen as most were dented in bayonet practice. These bayonets are known for the special metal the Swede\'s insisted on which just would not rust. Great piece for the collector and owner of the Swedish Mauser.
