Rarely do you Find a Vintage Aluminum Milk Box in such Great Condition! (Almost 60 years Old,) and Still a Gleaming example of Days gone By! All Original and without Any Restoration (none was needed!)

The Hinged Milk Box is VeryClean Inside & Out.On the Inside of the Lid is Printed, \" K METAL WORKS INC, BUFFALO 4, N.Y. \"The Inside Lid, and All Four (4) Sides on the inside, have a Heavy Pressed CardboardInsulation, to keep your Milk or Dairy Products Cool.All Insulation is Intact with somestaining on three sides at the bottom, on the inside. (Please see pics!)
If this Milk Box was used, it was Not used outside for very long. Probably kept inside a covered or closedentryway. You can see by the label that was taped on by the prior owner that they used this Milk Box for \"Important Receipts,\" and more than likely kept it inside the house!
Other than Some Surface Scratches on the top of the lid and minor scratches on theexterior sides, it is in Great Condition!On the Rear of the Milk Box, at the two edges at the top, are Two (2) Attached Aluminum strips with a hole in each. This was toAccommodate the Milk Box to being secured into the Brick Mortar or Wood / Shingle on the wallnear the door you were having your Milk etc. being delivered or you could Simply haveit sitting on your Porch unsecured.
