This Model 260 Griddle has a 12\" x 18\" heavy aluminum cooking surface and includes the automatic thermostat that maintains a dialed in temp from 0-425 degrees, and includes a copy of the Operating-Recipe manual. This wonderful item is very nice and in very clean original condition with only minor marks and wear from storage over the years. These are an American classic, very durable and a versatile cooking appliance that is great for griddle cooking, grilling, frying, sautéing and much more. Made in USA.
