The carousel is made of wood. It is very delicate. I cannot guarantee perfect condition with delivery, but I will do my utmost best to pack safely for the journey through the USPS system. I\'ve been selling for over 15 years, so I know how to package safely.

The candles look unused as there is no evidence of melted wax. The wicks look a bit frayed, probably due to age.

All wooden characters, propeller wings, and candle holders are present. This set is complete!

Parts may have been fixed, there\'s no way for me to tell if so. But please review all pics for details.
