Check out this big, beautiful barn find! This vintage wood frame is oak with ornate gesso and gold details. It is in very good condition with only a few minor dings (see pics). Mainly there is one flake of gesso missing and the gold paint has some flaking areas and discoloration. It has some glue in a seam on the back, but it does not show on the front (see last pic). It even has the original eye screws for the wire that still hold solid. It could use a little more cleaning than what I gave it. It fits a 16\" x 20\" picture and can be hung either direction. The outside dimensions are approximately 25 1/4\" x 29 1/4\" so it really makes a statement. The wood sides are about 4 7/8\" wide. It would be great for restoration or \"shabby chic\" paint and would be lovely in any decor.
