You are looking at a VINTAGE DARK STAINED ALL WOOD ACCORDION FOLD OUT STYLE SEWING BOX/CHEST/STORAGE WITH LEGS. (NOTE: The places you see on the bottom section in the pictures, is where the screws go where the handle is missing). There is some faint markings on the bottom side in the wood, but we can\'t tell what it is. This is missing the handle, and has the original screws and nuts inside if someone is able to replace it. This measures approximately 12 3/4\" tall from the bottom of the leg to the top of the lid. By just measuring the box (holder part), it\'s approximately 7 5/8\" tall, 16 5/8\" long, and 8 1/4\" wide. The inside is not stained, and is very clean. There are no markings, etc. on the inside compartments. All other screws are still in place. It\'s been checked over very good and there\'s little to no scratches, bumps, etc. on the outside. It\'s also put together with notched wood on each side. As you can see in the pictures, there\'s 2 wood knobs on the top to open it up. This is a very nice old piece of History, and in exceptionally good shape. Someone was proud of this and took very good care of it. The chest weights just a little over8 lbs. unwrapped, so postage will be pretty high.
