W, Ruyssinck - Russian made flugelhorn - circa 1935: $200.00
Idon\'t even know how to explain this Flugelhorn! W. Ruyssinck was a man who manufactured brass instruments in Russia in the early 1900s. Ididn\'t want my better horns damaged and I needed a Flugelhorn that played and sounded half decent during practices. This horn fit that bill pretty easy. I played it for almost 9 years. To explain it best, she is typical European construction, small bore (either 413 or 415), tight, plays very well and has that softeuropean sound. Has nice ferrules on all tubing and is an attractive horn. Great for a practice horn or if a student is looking for a flugelhorn anddoesn\'t want to buy a horn from a Chinese or Indian manufacturer...those horns are just terrible. This is not a Besson, Courtois or a Couesnon. Its a solid midgrade horn that you can count on. The back bow of the bell has a dent (see pictures for details) otherwise the horn is in nice shape. I am selling 4 of my Bessons all are projects and 3 can be restored. I also have 2 trumpets on ...see my other sales. Any questions please feel free to email. Buyer pays exact shipping costs through UPS, Payments through PayPal only, no case or mouthpiece, no returns all sales are final.
