*Due to the increase in the cost of postage, we too have been forced to raise our shipping charges. Shipping charges are based on cross country movement. If we have accidentally over charged you by more than a few dollars, we will refund the difference.
Shipping & Handling Breakdown:
*Handling chargefor each order is $2. This includes our cost to pay an employee to package the item and the time it takes to bring the items to the post office, gas, etc. This handling fee is for the order, so if you order multiple items, we are happy to combine shipping and you will only be charged the handling fee one time.
Materials Costs
For customers that buy art that can safety be shipped rolled in a tube:
*Tube material costs are as follows:
3 x 18 inch tube with plastic caps - $2
3 x 24 inch tube with plastic caps - $3
4 x 18 inch tube with plastic caps - $4
4 x 25 inch tube with plastic caps - $5
*Tube size is determined by the size and the flexibility of the art. We will not use a smaller tube size if there is a risk that it might cause damage to the art.
For art that must be shipped flat, we have two options:
-Build a custom box - $10. This covers the cost of the cardboard to the build the box and the cost of the employee’s time to build the box.

*We ship priority insured. While first class may be cheaper, we have found through personal experience that packages that stay in the system longer are much more likely to arrive damaged. We provide quality items and wedo everything in our power to make sure they reach you undamaged! Many of the items we offer are one of a kind signed pieces that cannot be replaced!

We use flat rate priority envelopes and boxes when possible and if it is more economical for the customer.

*If your item arrives damaged due to postal handling, KEEP THE PACKAGING and contact us immediately. We will need the packaging in order to file the insurance claim!*

*We allow free local pickup from our warehouse in Fullerton, CA. Arrangements may be made via email and you can bring your own packaging, otherwise, the tube fees listed above will be charged.
Payment:
*Arrangements for payment must be made within 3 days of the end of sale.
*Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the sale.
*An unpaid item case will be opened on the 10th day of non-payment.
