This is an original production cel painting with a color copy of the master background used in an episode of \"The New Adventures of Winnie The Pooh\" which premiered in 1988. The cel was framed by the Aaronbrothers using triple matting (museum quality) and preservation glass.I purchased the cel from the Disney store in Seattleduring a special art event in March of 1993. They generally didn\'t carry actual production cels. This was the only one with Tigger bouncing and happily making bubbles while Pooh and friends shared concerns about the world.The frame measures 18\" high by 21\" wide.
