The boxes may have dents/creases from the way they are shipped to me but the contents are undamaged.

Shipping and delivery:
Shipping: We ship same or next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, not including postal holidays. We try to ship on Saturdays as well, but please note that the post office does not count them as business days.
Delivery: Our default shipping is normally Parcel Select which takes 2-9 business days for delivery. We have Priority Mail as an option which takes 1-4 business days for delivery. Delivery times are based on how far you are from us (California) and can vary depending on weather conditions, high volume holiday shipping, etc.
