Payment
Weaccept PayPal as our primary form of payment. We are unable to accept cash orchecks through the mail due to ’s Accepted Payments Policy.
We require customers to submit payment withinseven days from the ended sale. If not received within this time, we reservethe right to relist the item or no longer offer it for purchase. We do makeexceptions in the case of emergencies, however prompt communication isrequired.
Shipping
Weuse UPS Ground as our primary shipping carrier and USPS Priority Flat Rate foronly specified items. We use ’s Global Shipping Program for ourinternational customers. As a third-party shipper, we do not determine thecharges nor do we have the ability to waive any international transaction fees.Please refer to ’s International Trading Policy to review prohibited items,restricted categories and to reference a list of eligible countries.
Customers living in the Spokane or surroundingareas may choose to personally pick-up their purchases from our local Outletfacility located at 1406 E. Front Avenue near Downtown Spokane. Our pick-updays are Tuesdays and Fridays 9:30am-3:30pm. A $2.00 handling fee will becharged for each item and we ask payment be sent 24-hours in advance to limitwait times and to ensure the item has been pulled and ready.
CombinedShipping
Wemake our best attempt to combine shipping in the event more than one item hasbeen purchased. We charge a $1.00 handling fee for each additional item on topof the highest shipping charge, unless they are of unusual dimension or size.We ask the customer contact us before payment so that we can accurately quote aprice and have it reflected in the invoice.
Forour repeat customers who commonly purchase multiple items; we allow a 14-daywindow for the accumulation of purchases for a single shipment. Items purchasedoutside of this time frame will be shipped separately or with other itemspurchased in the following 2-week window.
