• This machine powers up, and all three switches on the console operate: The Pump runsin both spray modes, the rotary brush turns properly, and the vacuum runs with normal suction. However, this machine was surplused because it needs some sort of repair, but we didn\'t receive any detail as to what was wrong with it, just that the State Hospital decided not to repair it. Two bolts are missing from the front bottom, allowing the lower tank to lift up and give access to the motor compartment. I don\'t see anything obviously wrong in there. I could hear no change in the pump when in intermittent spray mode and the buttons under the handleswere pushed - the pump just runs continuously (I didn\'t test for long since there was no liquid in the machine). I don\'t know if that\'s normal or not. The only obvious thing I found wrong was a crack in the plastic motor belt guard on the side of the machine, which I pictured. Also, and it may be my imagination, but it seems that the handle is lower on the right side than on the left - possibly due to the bolts missing from the bottom as noted. But as far as I can tell, a little twist wouldn\'t prevent the use of the machine, so I doubt that\'s the issue. I suspect the issue is some minor thing that caused the machine to be put into storage awaiting whatever repair, and then it was surplused because they got a new machine. I am selling this machine with the understanding that some sort of repair or maintenance is needed, but that all the major functions noted above are functional (with the possible exception of the intermittent spray mode as described). Please take a look at the pictures to see if any parts are missing or broken, as I am unaware of any such issues (aside from what I noted already). There are a couple of disconnected hoses pictured.
• The machine seems to be in decent physical condition, with normal signs of previous use, andsome minor oxidation to steel parts (mainly down low).
