Nice original WWI German Leather Gas Mask (Lederschutzmaske) with its original can, which has original straps and spare lenses. Leather on the mask is in excellent shape, still soft and pliable. Fits in and out of the can. All straps on the mask are in good condition, and all are present. Lenses are in good shape, and are their normal amber color after all these years. Filter has been used. Filter marked in sever spots, onlylegiblestamps are \"B3 12.-7 11-C-11\". Mask itself is marked \"2 JR\" and \"106\". Can is in great shape, with original Field Grayexternalpaint. A few scratches and dings, nothing major. Inside still has nearly all its black paint and one set of spare lenses as well. Paper blend original straps are in good shape as well. Can is marked on the bottom with stamps, but they are very faint and hard to make out.
