REFUND/RETURN POLICY: All returns are accepted. Buyer must contact us about the return through this website within 14 days of receipt. The item’s purchase price will be refunded when the item is received back. Buyer pays return shipping.
SHIPPING: We ship items within two (2) business days of payment (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. *Please use the calculated shipping feature at the top of the page before offerding for estimated shipping.*If an item has a fixed shipping price, know that it is based on shipping to CA. If you live closer to Orlando, FL this price may be less. Just contact us via the seller link above for an estimate to your zip code.You may combine items during checkout to save on shipping charges as long as the items close within seven (7) days of each other and are safe to ship in one (1) box. We do not combine fragile items with other fragile items (e.g. glassware and dishes will not be combined) and the total shipping weight on combined items cannot exceed 20 pounds. Once paid for, items may NOT be combined. We reserve the right to deny combination of items when necessary.Ask for signature requested delivery or insurance via email prior to making payment for your item. Insurance may not be added by the buyer; insurance will be added to items over $100 shipped via UPS by request only. Please note that a signature request will be an additional charge. PICK-UPS: You must pay in advance online. We have no way to process payments on site.All pick-ups are by appointment only on Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, between 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm EST.
