DESCRIPTION: Offered to you is this Original German WW1 leather carrier for soldier\'s entrenching shovel tool. The same spades were reused during WW2. Manufacturer marked T.D.II. The soldier\'s spade was one of the most characteristic and recognized pieces of militaria, typical for the German army, along with the M16 helmet and the K98 Mauser rifle. The leather carrier shows some age, still preserved in very good condition, suitable both for display purposes or reenacting. For condition see photos. Scarce and highly collectable item.
German WWII items were destroyed at a great scale after the war by all participating countries. A couple of years ago we were able to completely buy out probably the only untouched military warehouse of leftover captured German WWII equipment including some precious Lazarett field hospital equipment and sets.
