original WW2 world war two aircraft fighter / bomber rocket release instrument box
these were used on various aircraft ,..from fighters to bombers and even liaison planes ,
rocket rails were installed under the wings ,..and added just a little bit more firepower to an airplane
they were especially effective for air to ground targets such as tanks and trains
there is a bakelight knob on the front that actuates an inner set of contact switches ,..allowing up to 22 rockets to be launched
the cover is marked ROCKET TO BE FIRED -- and TO RESET ,....TURN KNOB COUNTERCLOCKWISE TO STOP
