Return policy

All returns MUST be authorized by Mid-West General Merchandise and done through the returns page. Please do not send back products without contacting Mid-West General Merchandise. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. If a product arrives as defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 days of shipment. Products must not be used or expired, in the same condition that you received them and with their original packaging. All products must be returned in resalable condition as per rules. Health and Beauty products, shampoo, vitamins, and supplements etc. must be returned unopened, in their original packaging and cannot be used or expired. Products should be sent back using a trackable shipping method. We will only refund the cost of the item. After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed and will be applied to your PayPal account within 5 business days. A 20% restocking fee applied for returned items.
