This is a used Yamaha YCL26 B flat plastic clarinet.  The serial number is 005755A.  All parts appear to be present. The pads appear to be original.  The corks look to be in good condition.  This instrument has not been play tested or serviced. It is quite possible that this instrument will need repairs to put it in good playing condition. It comes with a case in poor condition ( broken hinges) and no mouthpiece.
