Returns

• You MUST call and obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any product or the package will be refused.
• Replacement parts, equipment and chemicals are all sales final, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Electrical heating and A/C parts may not returned or exchanged.
• Tools and meters are exchange only within 3 days of receipt. All other items must be returned within 14 days of our shipping date.
• Merchandise must be returned in resalable condition: complete in original packaging, unused, and free from damage.
• All returns are subject to a 20% processing/restocking fee. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If it was FREE shipping, the amount it cost us to ship it will be deducted from your refund.
