This radio belonged to a friend of mine that recently passed away. I am assisting his widow in disposing of some items. This gentleman was an expert in the Trans Oceanic radios. He wrote a book on the restoration of these radios.

This radio is incomplete. Some of themajor items that are missing, dial face, front cover with log, handle, speakerand several tubes. The Wave Magnet is present and in good condition. The grill cloth is in good condition but is loose. The chassis appears to be a good candidate for restoration. The pictures tell the story of the case. The exterior cloth is damaged and coming loose. Some of the glue joints are broken. If you don\'t see it in the pictures and have a question about some item, please contact me.

The knobs and push buttons are in good condition but need to be cleaned. The antenna is straight and extends fully. The little red plastic tip on the antenna is missing.
